For a number of years, the Conference has been bringing together educators and experts who have a great deal of interest and solid practical experience in utilising e-learning resources, software products and technologies for the education process organisation. The Conference focuses on the discussion of the best practices in e-learning and distance learning technologies. Our participants represent different leading universities in Russia from St. Petersburg to Khabarovsk, as well as Belarus, Kazakhstan, Italy, Great Britain, Germany, Poland and Serbia. The Conference participants publish their research results in scientific journals with ISBN and registration in the scientometric database of the RSCI (Russian Scientific Citation Index). The Conference Proceedings are published in the Digital Library for Scientific Publications Elibrary.ru.
